Scoop Out The Tom Servo Cocktail liquid nitrogen style

Tired of stuffy classical cocktails ? Well here is the cocktail recipe with difference from Brian Smith of Squeaky Bean’s bar at Denver  whose fanciful menu includes a trio of cocktails prepared liquid-nitrogen style – a century-old cold-freeze technique . He uses liquid nitrogen to plunge the temperature of the glass to a point where even alcohol freezes once poured in. At 40 degrees below zero, the liquid nitrogen boils and evaporates, priming the glass for Smith’s pre-made concoctions, which turns into solid ice before gradually thawing.Smith’s liquid-nitrogen process allows the imbiber to essentially have two cocktails in one: A frozen one – and the original  once the drink is thawed .  #cocktail  #thetomservo  #drinks  #recipe

INGREDIENTS

2 oz   Tequila Astral
1 oz   Fresh Grapefruit juice
.5 oz  Fresh Lime
.5 oz  Agave Syrup
         Liquid Nitrogen

Preparation
1)To prepare the cocktail glass to save it from shattering it needs to be chilled below 40 degrees

2)Rim the glass with salt before filling with liquid nitrogen to the brim. While the liquid nitrogen is settling down , shake the ingredients and strain. Ensure that the liquid nitrogen has boiled away or pour out the residue if any - now is the time to pour the cocktail into the glass. Initially you will enjoy the cocktail as a liquid but gradually it will freeze into a very velvety sorbet texture from the walls of the glass can be scooped out with a spoon.

Selfie

Selfies, A new way to stay ahead of your consorts all that you need to do is point the camera at yourself , smile or make a face ,look ugly or look hot , press the  button and take a shot.!, If you are a gadget freak, or a social networking  person , you will certainly know what a  selfie means. A new phenomenon, that has taken over the new generation by storm. We donot know what kind of psychological factors drive a specific person to take a selfie and upload it to a social networking site. Everyone’s own situation is different but how good or bad it is to take a #selfie. . It has begun to worry some parents , while those who have kept up with the pace take it as passing trend. Well how good or bad is this new fad ?

A simple photograph of yourself taken by your own self  with a mobile phone and shared  on a networking site ,  is all about selfie . Once the picture is shared on the networking site it does the talking for you ! You can make a funny or an ugly face or even look at your best , its all about how you can gain attention and get as many likes  .

Selfies  a rage among teens. Surprisingly, a cause of concern for many parents who worry about this self-obsessive, narcissist  next generation .In my opinion they are encouraging for those  who by watching others share their selfies get inspired  by clicking and sharing their selfies and over come their underconfidence . If you can flaunt a new  outfit or your bangs or bags , over all anything about yoursef , a selfie shared on a social media site is good enough to do the talking for you !

We simply can't brand   a trend 'too bad " only reflects on our inability to deal with change. Unlike the earlier generation, the younger crowd much more vocal , connected and used to e spontaneous interaction and also connected with the world.. They have a different perspective about their environment. They understand the power of digital communication and know well how to best use it to their advantage to move ahead and rise .

Colours of Haiffa Ocean

Dave Barry is right in saying “There's nothing wrong with enjoying looking at the surface of the ocean itself, except that when you finally see what goes on underwater, you realize that you've been missing the whole point of the ocean. Staying on the surface all the time is like going to the circus and staring at the outside of the tent.” But one can enjoy the vivid colours of #Haiffa  #Ocean from the surface in these pictures.
“The sea is emotion incarnate. It loves, hates, and weeps. It defies all attempts to capture it with words and rejects all shackles. No matter what you say about it, there is always that which you can't.”

― Christopher Paolini, Eragon
